Natalie has been a Registered General Nurse (RGN) continually since 2005 & is registered with the NMC - Nursing & Midwifery Council, a statutory legal governing body.
She has worked in many clinical areas, gaining a variety of experience from; Trauma & Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Ears, nose and throat (ENT), Community Nursing, Management of large Community Nursing teams, Community Matron and as Practice Matron of GP surgeries in Tendring, Essex.
Whilst working in the areas above and raising her family Natalie has completed further qualifications at the University of Essex. These include; Nursing Mentorship/Teaching, Consultation & Diagnostics skills & lastly her Independent Prescribing Qualification NMP/INP. These were all at degree level in addition to her original Nurse training.
Natalie started her Aesthetics Nursing specialism in addition to all this in January 2017 and is now also a qualified, Independant, Prescribing Aesthetics Nurse Specialist.
She has also continued her Aesthetic Medicine qualification to Masters level (level 7) with Harley Academy in London. This has also lead to Natalie becoming a Clinical Aesthetic Mentor and Trainer for the Harley Academy team in London, the UK's largest Medical Aesthetics training academy for medical professionals only.

Natalie has recently completed a further IQ verified teaching qualification and has over 15 years experience in teaching Medical professionals.
Natalie has had additional specialist training to her level 7 in Aesthetic Medicine and completed non surgical rhinoplasty, tear trough, advanced toxin, temple, advanced mid and and lower face filler with ENT surgeon Dr Raul Cetto. Not forgetting the advanced chin and jaw training (juvederm volux) with Harley Academy CEO Dr Tristan Mehta.
More importantly she has completed additional complications and management training and keeps regular training up to date.
Many articles have been written by `Natalie for medical aesthetic journals and Harley academy, such as The journal of Aesthetic Nursing and The Aesthetic Journal. Articles such as; "Sun protection with regards to skin cancer and premature ageing", "Ethics in Aesthetics including the four ethical principles", "Aesthetic Medicine as a Nurse Prescriber", "Understanding Anatomy in facial Aesthetics", "Planning alternative pathways when working in the NHS" and "Before and after photos-The last word".
Natalie is a member of the BACN - British Association of Cosmetic Nurses & also the ACE group - Aesthetics Complication Expert group. She is fully insured to complete aesthetic clinics anywhere in the UK with Hamilton Frazier and is legally responsible and accountable to you as a Medical Professional by law.
Natalie believes in patient safety first and foremost, she is also a registered Save Face Practitioner and member of the JCCP - Joint Council of Cosmetic Practitioners. These are non mandatory authorities but support and inspect clinical practice as non profit organisations for public safety in the UK. The JCCP promotes facial Aesthetics by registered Medical professionals only and has been instructed by the Department of Health (DOH) and NHS England.
