I have been a qualified midwife (RM) since 2015 and am registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC); the professional regulatory body for nurses and midwives in the UK. I continue to work for the NHS where I have gained valuable skills and experience within a clinical and surgical setting. I came to aesthetic medicine as I myself had been noticing the inevitable signs of ageing and wanted rejuvenation treatments, but I just didn’t know where to go or who to trust. Some of the unnatural images I saw in the media were off-putting. So with a background originally rooted in art and design, I decided to take my artistic eye together with my clinical experience and begin a journey into attempting to raise standards within the industry, starting with my own practice. I am currently undertaking a Postgraduate Level 7 diploma (equivalent to Masters degree) qualification in Injectables for Aesthetic Medicine at Harley Academy in London, which is the highest standard of training in the industry within the UK. In addition to this I have carried out further training in Cosmetic Dermatology, and I am always looking for ways to keep my knowledge up to date. With my artistic approach and a keen eye for detail, I pride myself on achieving natural, beautiful results.
