I qualified in 1992 and has always enjoyed her working career, putting the patient at the very centre of the care she delivers. I specialised in Palliative and End of Life Care and reached the pinnacle of my career working as a Consultant Nurse. I was responsible for leading the way and promoting exceptional standards of individualised nursing care.
I am an independent prescriber and hav advanced clinical skills. I was the lead for education in the workplace and have always enjoyed motivating others to provide nursing care of the highest standard. i have also worked as an academic lecturer at a local university and fully support and embrace the concept of life-long learning.
In 2016, I began my journey in aesthetics and skin rejuvenation. I was keen to try a different field of nursing care and help others look and feel their best.
I am fully committed to the principle of ethics, and I am keen to provide a balanced approach to this field. Through the process of consultation and information giving I want to enable patients to give consideration to any proposed treatment options. I like to embed and integrate a psychosocial aspect of assessment and care to ensure the treatment is both appropriate and safe.
I recognise my duty of care to each patient and the importance of governance in the clinical setting to promote safe and effective patient care.
I love working alongside people and enjoy the relationships I build in the clinic environment.
I offer a free non-obligatory consultation and look forward to making a difference to the wellbeing of all my patients.
I am a member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses and other reputable professional bodies as a responsible nurse.
