I have been qualified as a Doctor for 15 years and practising as a GP for 10 years. I continue to work part-time in the NHS as a GP and have an interest in Women’s Health Services. I am also a GP Trainer for aspiring junior doctors wishing to pursue a career as a General Practitioner.
I believe this brings me many unique skills, in particular, my empathy towards patients and their concerns, proficient at formulating bespoke treatment plans, sound knowledge of skin health and skin conditions e.g. acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, yet also being aware of my limitations in the aesthetic field and referring patients to the appropriate services when more concerning skin conditions are identified during the consultation.
I have trained with Harley Academy in Injectables and Cosmetic Dermatology and am continuing to study towards a postgraduate qualification in Aesthetic Medicine and Skin Rejuvenation. I am a member of the Aesthetic Complications Expert Group (ACE) and continually develop my professional education to ensure my patients can be absolutely sure that they are in safe hands.
